Mobile App Developer Needed for Property App (iOS/Android)

I am looking for a skilled mobile app developer to build a property inventory app for both iOS and Android that I can use when doing inventories. The app will allow inventory clerks to conduct property inspections, upload photos/videos, generate reports, and book appointments and allow landlords, agents and tenants to view reports and sign agreements digitally.

The backend needs to be able to be easily maintained by another developer in the future if needed.

• Develop a cross-platform mobile app

• Implement features such as photo/video uploads, offline mode (sync when back online), digital signatures and automated PDF report generation, dashboard for clerks, log in for clients to access completed reports
• Set up cloud storage integration
• Ensure a clean and modular codebase for easy future maintenance
• Document the API and backend structure
• Create a clean and user-friendly interface design
