Part-time / hourly UI / general design assistance required

Me and my partner are in a stage where we have just that bit too much work individually but not enough to keep somebody else consistently busy. We are hoping to work with someone on a flexible on-going basis where hours may differ week by week. Perhaps this could be agreed on a particular day the number of hours and designs required.

Given the nature of the type of work we have, we’d be looking for someone that is happy to get given a concise brief, work independently and produce deliverables. This will usually be at little notice. We’d want a mix of the designers original ideas and sometimes we may be quite specific in directing the outcome of the design. (The latter is usually due to client constraints. ) We’d like to be more in advance and organised for the future however this is just the reactive nature of how things are with clients at the moment

The work will vary from interface design in web and mobile, sometimes social assets (that’s still a maybe for now) and if able to then illustration and perhaps motion work too.

Ideally the candidate would be

Proficient in Figma, Sketch and Adobe Illustrator
An independent worker
Happy with the flexi style of hours

We do not need to see a full portfolio, a few examples of previous work would be great.
